01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 57vip platform — whether through a web browser, the 57vip mobile app, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 57vip, including visitors who browse without registering and registered members who deposit and play. Your continued use of 57vip after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 57vip, you must meet all of the following requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account with 57vip. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for updating your account details if they change. 57vip may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. 57vip will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

OTP-based login verification is available and recommended for all 57vip accounts. Enabling OTP adds an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 57vip — deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no foreign currency conversion and no international payment intermediaries required.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as local bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change. Please check the Deposit page for current options.

• Funds deposited must originate from a payment account in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
• 57vip does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for wagering.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the channel used. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all players on the platform.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. This is a standard KYC requirement and is not unique to any specific player.

06 Gaming Rules

Each game category available on 57vip — including slots, fish games, eBingo, sports betting, and live casino — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. These specific rules supplement but do not replace these general Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, 57vip will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any interrupted session and accept no liability for losses resulting from technical issues outside our direct control.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change prior to an event. Bets already confirmed at a given price will generally stand at that price, subject to specific betting rules.
• 57vip reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their bets are placed correctly before confirmation.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

57vip may offer bonuses, promotions, free plays, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, validity period, and withdrawal conditions.

General principles that apply to all 57vip bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic play, coordinated accounts, or any form of bonus abuse.
• 57vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are distinct from real-money balances and are subject to the specific conditions of each offer.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers may have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 57vip and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Using another person's payment account to fund or withdraw from your 57vip account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a minor.
• Any conduct intended to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

57vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with our inactivity policy.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — the remaining balance will be returned to the player through the standard withdrawal process after verification is completed.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact our support team. We will process your request and ensure your remaining balance is returned to your registered payment account.

10 Limitation of Liability

57vip provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, performance, and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57vip shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interrupted or delayed service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• The accuracy or completeness of information published on the platform, including odds and game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
